Buzcode is a standardized data-format and processing package for electrophysiological recordings and data analysis. It is a work in progress currently being developed by the members of the lab.
Data formatting standards
The basic philosophy is built on Neurosuite data formatting, with supplementary .mat types for commonly used data types, each which have a standardized format.

TheStateEditor
TheStateEditor is a tool for manually scoring sleep state from in vivo ephys data based on the spectrogram of up to three channels. It can also be used to check and modify auto-scored data from SleepScoreMaster. TheStateEditor was written by Andres Grosmark, and is maintained by current lab members.
